Welcome to my online direct sales storefront. I am a one-man shop and I create these products because I love the vehicles that they go into. Most of what is sold on this site was born out of necessity. However, some items are listed as a matter of convenience. It all started in 2010 when I installed tilt steering in my ‘66 GT and then realized I couldn’t use the rally pack. Loving the look of the 66 instrument bezel, I began to hack my original pony gauge panel until it resembled what you see today. Finding a willing engineer to ‘give a guy a hand’ I was able to obtain, after many months and hours of work, a CAD file of my creation. The rest is, as they say, history.
64-1/2 to 66 SIX GAUGE Mustang Bezels
I took great care in keeping with the original intent of the iconic design of this bezel when creating the cluster that would easily accept modern 3-3/8” speedometers, 3-3/8” tachometers and 2-1/16” minor gauges. Unlike every other competitive bezel sold today, mine is the only one that preserved the “eyebrow” and the rectangle turn signals found on the originals. Specifically because looking like it belonged there originally was important to me.
1957 1958 1959 1960 Ford F-100 Instrument Gauge Cluster
When I got my 1957 Ford F-100, it had the stock steel dash panel with nice broken gauges. And since I had success in perfecting the 66 Mustang bezel, I decided to tackle the 57-60 F-100 gauge bezel. At first, I tried to simply duplicate the stamped steel gauge bezel by creating a buck or positive mold for vacuum-forming ABS plastic. This worked well for years and later adding an aluminum insert and a thicker backing plate mainly because I noticed that such a panel was flimsy without the backing plate and the aluminum insert gave my F-100 gauge cluster that authentic look.
Fast forward to today, I have completely redesigned the 1957 to 1960 Instrument bezel in CAD, giving it a more consistent fit than any thermal-formed ABS part could hope to have. Additionally, the single bezel part has as 1/4” mounting deck and a prefect fitting aluminum insert preserving the iconic Ford arrow turn signal indicators. I am sure you will agree that of all the F100 6-gauge instrument clusters being offered, mine is the most original looking.
Brand New Design From Scratch - 1964 GMC Pickup Truck Dash Panel
When a friend of mine found himself unhappy because he could not find a 6 gauge GMC Instrument Cluster that looked original or even close to resembling the original dash, he came to me for help. Knowing that this is basically a single year specific replica, I excepted the challenge to create a proper 6 gauge instrument panel for his ‘64 GMC truck. Working with a great engineer I used on other projects in the past, we were able to create the CAD model in a couple of weeks. After printing the part in SLA, I gave the GMC bezel to my friend to test fit. He was so happy he ordered two and asked for gauges as well. I then went to work, even with my limited CAD experience, creating the aluminum insert that has become a standard part with the dash panels I make. Once confirmed that the aluminum insert was a perfect fit, I began production of the 1964 GMC Truck specific 6 gauge instrument cluster. These are raw plastic so they will need to be painted, chromed or UV clear-coated before. Installation. The design, much like the F100 panel is to provide a modern 6 gauge assembly that looks period correct.
